Attendance
After start time, owner answers attendance check on Telegram. Use /noshow only if they did not arrive. System never assumes.
Review request
If Google review URL set, patient may get review request after visit on WhatsApp.
Handoff
Someone wants person → Chat to receptionist, bot paused, owner /reply and /resume via Telegram.
